  • Where are you based?
    South West England but we work all over the UK delivering courses and assessments.
  • What are your opening hours?
    8:30am-17:30pm Monday to Friday.
  • What are the costs involved?
    Prices vary on a course-by-course basis. We can put a number of courses together in a training package or charge individual prices, call for more information
  • What courses do you provide?
    Chainsaw courses: Chainsaw Cross Cut and Maintenance Small Trees Felling up to 380mm Tree Felling over 380mm up to 760mm Severing Uprooted or Windblown Trees (single & multiple stem) Powered Pole Pruner (chainsaw on an extendable pole) NPTC City & Guilds CPD Chainsaw Refreshers Climbing Courses: Climbing and Aerial Rescue (CS38) Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness (CS39) Aerial Tree Rigging Utility Arb Additional training: Chainsaw Awareness Day First Aid Plus F Pesticides (PA1, PA6, PA2) MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) Stump Grinders Brush Cutters (Trimmers and Strimmers) Manually Fed Woodchipper
  • Who will train me?
    One of our highly qualified and experienced trainers.
  • What kit or equipment do I need?
    A comprehensive kit list will be part of your joining admin instruction and we’re happy to help with questions concerning this.
  • Do you have kit/equipment available to hire?
    Yes, we offer this service which saves you money leading up to your course.
  • What is the pass rate for the courses?
    Our pass rate is very high and we will prepare you fully in order for you to succeed.
  • Can you provide accommodation?
    We don't have accommodation onsite but we can recommend some very nice places to stay that are local and trusted.
  • How do I pay?
    I will send you an Invoice via my Quick Books Account....I will be adding PayPal and Card options shortly.
  • Will there be much paperwork involved?
    There will be some, that I will supply this but ALL courses are hands on practical learning.
  • Assessments
    1. Each chainsaw course has to independently assessed by an external assessor...this requires an additional day normally a 2 hour slot. 2. Non chainsaw courses can be assessed by our trainers as an integrated assessment, which will be at the end of the course and not require additional day. 3. All climbing courses are independently assessed on an additional day.
