Using a Chainsaw from a Rope and Harness (CS39)
Get equipped for safely using a chainsaw with a rope and harness, to industry standards and according to current legislation. The prevention of accidents is a key part of this qualification and it will help those looking for employment that involves using a chainsaw from a rope and harness.
Aerial Tree Rigging
Receive expert and qualified training in the removal of parts of a tree crown while under the control of rope rigging and lifting gear, and in line with regulations.
Requirements for the course include the carrying out of a tree hazard and a ‘working at height’ assessment to ensure the operative is safe to perform the task and to identify the safest and most efficient method of access. This type of aerial work requires the support of a groundworker who has relevant experience of rigging and aerial tree work.
